Drop off and pick up appointment times are as follows:
Monday – Friday: 8:30am, 8:45am, 9:00am and 4:30pm, 4:45pm, 5:00pm
Saturday: no pick ups or drop offs
Sunday: 4:30pm, 4:45pm, 5:00pm
We will be closed for pick up and drop offs on New Years Eve, New Years Day, Family Day, Easter Sunday, Victoria day, Canada Day, the Civic holiday, Labour day, Thanksgiving Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Minimum 3 night stay required for holiday weekends.
Nightly Boarding Rates are as follows:
Dogs:
Standard suite (5′ x 10′) $45.99 per night
Premium suite (6′ x 10′) $49.99 per night
All rooms have 20` deep outdoor runs
Save 25% when boarding second dog in the same room, Save 40% when boarding a third dog in the same room.
(Dogs must get along well and be able to eat together in the same room to qualify for this service)
Private nature walk or exercise run $9.99 each or for 2 dogs $15.99
Cats:
Premium suite (window) $24.99 per night
Save 25% when boarding a second cat in the same room
**Checkout is between 8:30am-9:00am. Pets picked up in the afternoon will incur a rate of 50% of the nightly rate, for the partial day. We require a $50 or $100 deposit (depending on length of stay) upon booking to confirm your reservation and that is refundable up until 14 days prior to the drop off date.
What to bring with you:
Dogs:
– please bring them in on a leash
– food
– bed or blanket
– any bones, toys, treats you would like your dog to have (keeping in mind they must be ok with these items unsupervised)
– copy of up to date vaccination record (this can be emailed to Cedar Creek Pet Lodge in advance or brought on the day of drop off)
*****Note: dogs MUST be up to date on their DHPP, rabies and Kennel cough/bordetella vaccines
Cats:
– food
– bed, blanket or towel
– litter box
– litter
– any toys or treats you would like your cat to have (keeping in mind they must be ok with these items unsupervised)
– copy of up to date vaccination record (this can be emailed to Cedar Creek Pet Lodge in advance or brought on the day of drop off)
*****Note: cats MUST be up to date on their FVRCP and rabies vaccines

Please fill out this pre-registration if you are interested in booking your dog or cat in with us. Filling this out does not confirm your booking as space is limited. Once this Information is received by Cedar Creek Pet Lodge you will be contacted to confirm the booking.
